For each pickup there is a volume control plus a master tone control so you can blend the two pickups as well as darkening the sound to your taste. Two pole pieces per string give the instrument a strong midrange sound. The fully adjustable bridge has a very solid feel. The contoured body makes this instrument effortless to play.
